Under the Turkish Personal Data Protection Law No. 6698 (“KVKK”), your personal data is processed by Kayhanlar Global Ambalaj San. ve Tic. A.Ş. (the “Company”) as data controller, as described below.

Personal Data We Process
- Identity and contact data: the name, email address, phone number and company name you send through the contact form or by email.
- Request data: the content of your message and your product, size, quantity and quotation requests.
- Security data: IP address, browser and device information, pages visited and time of the request.
- Cookie preferences: your accept or decline answer on the cookie banner, its date, your IP address and browser information.
- Analytics data: only if you consent, website usage statistics collected through Google Analytics.
Purposes of Processing
- Responding to your information, sample and quotation requests and handling pre-contractual steps.
- Managing customer relations and our commercial activities.
- Keeping the website secure and preventing misuse and attacks.
- Applying your cookie preference and being able to prove the consent you gave.
- If you consent, analysing website usage to improve our services.
- Meeting our legal obligations and requests from competent authorities.
Legal Grounds and Collection Method
Your personal data is collected, partly by automated means, through the contact form and cookie banner on our website, by email and by phone.
It is processed on the grounds set out in Article 5(2) KVKK: the processing is directly related to the conclusion or performance of a contract (c), is necessary to comply with a legal obligation (ç), or is necessary for our legitimate interests provided your fundamental rights and freedoms are not harmed (f). For visitors in the European Economic Area, the corresponding grounds are Article 6(1)(b), (c) and (f) GDPR.
Analytics cookies and the data they collect are processed solely on the basis of your explicit consent (Article 5(1) KVKK / Article 6(1)(a) GDPR). You can withdraw your consent at any time through the “Cookie Preferences” link at the bottom of every page.
Transfers of Personal Data
Limited to the purposes above, your personal data may be shared with the providers that host our website and database (Vercel Inc., Neon Inc.), our email service provider, Google LLC as analytics provider if you consent, and competent public authorities on request.
As these providers’ servers may be located abroad (mainly in the United States and the European Union), such transfers are carried out in accordance with Article 9 KVKK and, where applicable, Chapter V GDPR.
Retention
Your personal data is kept for as long as the purpose of processing requires and for the limitation periods set out in the applicable legislation; it is then deleted, destroyed or anonymised. Cookie consent records are kept for 3 years from the date of the choice as proof of consent.
Your Rights
Under Article 11 KVKK you have the right to:
- learn whether your personal data is processed,
- request information about the processing,
- learn the purpose of processing and whether the data is used accordingly,
- know the third parties in Türkiye or abroad to whom your data is transferred,
- request correction of incomplete or inaccurate data,
- request deletion or destruction of your data under the conditions of Article 7 KVKK,
- request that correction, deletion or destruction be notified to third parties to whom the data was transferred,
- object to a result against you arising exclusively from automated analysis of your data,
- claim compensation for damage caused by unlawful processing.

No:6/A, Çankaya / Ankara / Türkiye or by email to info@kayhanlarglobal.com. Requests are answered free of charge within 30 days at the latest, depending on their nature.
Visitors in the European Economic Area may also exercise their rights under the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) — including access, rectification, erasure, restriction, portability and objection — in the same way, and have the right to lodge a complaint with their supervisory authority.
